In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring effective training delivery, maintaining compliance readiness, and continuously improving learning processes and systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions and regions to support employee development and contribute to business success through training excellence. What You Will DoCoordinate and execute technical training programs, ensuring completion, compliance, and alignment with organizational training requirements. Facilitate instructor-led training sessions and onboarding activities to support employee readiness and a positive learning experience. Manage learning management system (LMS) activities, including course assignments, user access, training records, and system updates. Develop and maintain training content, procedures, plans, and supporting documentation based on business and compliance requirements. Generate, analyze, and distribute training metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making and compliance monitoring. Support regulatory audits and inspections by providing training records, qualification evidence, and documentation required for compliance activities. Investigate and resolve training system, course access, and process issues while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with managers, process owners, and stakeholders to assess training needs, prioritize requirements, and implement effective training solutions. What You Will NeedRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in learning coordination, training administration, facilitation, content development, or learning management system (LMS) support. Fluent English language skills. Experience using learning technologies, including LMS platforms and related training systems. Preferred QualificationsExperience within the medical device, healthcare, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 13485 requirements. Professional proficiency in German, French, or another European language. Experience using enterprise service management systems and reporting tools such as ServiceNow or Power BI. Experience designing and developing eLearning content using content authoring tools such as Articulate 360. Experience supporting regulated environments and interacting with regulatory agencies or auditors (e.g., FDA, MoH, TÜV).
