Production Manager

Job description

Responsibilities: · Lead and manage daily production operations to ensure output targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved · Plan and optimize manpower, materials, and equipment utilization to maximize productivity and operational efficiency · Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance, increase yield, and improve shift utilization · Develop, implement, and regularly review production procedures and standard operating instructions to ensure compliance and best practices · Train, coach, and develop the production team to build capabilities, improve performance, and maintain a safe and productive work environment Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Textile Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline 6-10 years of solid experience in production management within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements, safety regulations, and 5S practices Good understanding of ISO management systems; internal auditor certification is an advantage Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification from a recognized institution is preferred Strong leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive operational excellence ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
