This position reports to: FP&A Country Support Lead Poland __ In this role, you will provide reliable and timely analysis of financial results, budgets, and forecasts, supporting ABB Group management and stakeholders at various organizational levels in informed decision-making. You will act as a trusted finance partner, providing insights into business performance and helping evaluate the financial impact of strategic and major business decisions. You will leverage your analytical and financial expertise to translate data into clear, actionable insights that support business objectives and continuous improvement. The work model for the role is: #hybrid #hybrid-Li This role contributes to the Electrification business, with key stakeholders including Local Business Controllers and FP&A Management, and reports to the FP&A Country Support Lead Poland, based in Kraków. Key Responsibilities: Performing the analysis of the Group’s financial results within the area of responsibility Coordinating the preparation of various management reports, including management performance reports and Balance Sheet reviews, on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Working with key members of the business to identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions Driving harmonization, standardization, and operational excellence Contributing to Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) initiatives for the Group Leading process improvement and cost-saving initiatives to protect and increase the Group’s profitability You will join a high performing, well-skilled and open-minded team, where you will be able to thrive. Qualifications: You have 5+ years of experience in Finance, preferably in controlling or FP&A within a multinational environment You possess solid knowledge of SAP, with S/4HANA being an advantage, as well as strong MS Office skills You have a continuous improvement mindset and enjoy identifying process improvements and sharing best practices across the organization You hold a degree in Finance, Controlling, or a related field You have strong communication skills You are at ease communicating in English You hold a valid visa or work permit to work in Poland What's in it for you?
