Job Title Advisor, Technical Project Management About your role: As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead the planning and delivery of complex technology initiatives that support business priorities, operational performance, and client outcomes. You will work across engineering, product, operations, risk, and business teams to align scope, timelines, dependencies, and execution. Your work helps teams deliver solutions with clear accountability, measurable progress, and consistent project outcomes. What you'll do: Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, including project planning, scope management, milestone tracking, dependency management, and issue resolution Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define project objectives, document requirements, establish success measures, and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle Build and maintain integrated project plans, status reporting, risk logs, decision logs, and communication plans for multiple concurrent initiatives Coordinate with engineering and product teams to manage technical deliverables, release readiness, testing dependencies, and implementation activities Identify project risks, blockers, and resource constraints, and drive mitigation plans with clear owners, timelines, and escalation paths Facilitate project meetings, steering updates, and stakeholder reviews to communicate progress, decisions, and changes in scope, schedule, or priority Use project management tools and delivery frameworks to track execution, improve transparency, and support consistent project governance across teams Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary. Experience you'll need to have: 8+ years of experience in technical project management delivering software, platform, infrastructure, or enterprise technology initiatives across cross-functional teams 8+ years of experience building and maintaining project plans, managing risks and dependencies, and driving project execution from initiation through implementation Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms for planning, tracking, and reporting Experience facilitating project governance, stakeholder communication, and status reporting with technical and business audiences Experience managing delivery using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies in a technology environment Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience. Experience that would be great to have: Experience supporting payments, financial technology, banking, or regulated industry initiatives Experience coordinating software releases, system integrations, or enterprise change initiatives Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent project delivery certification Experience working with data reporting tools to measure project health, delivery trends, and operational outcomes How you'll work: This role is on-site Monday through Friday.
