Job Description: Airbus Helicopters is looking for a "Digital Project Leader – CRM & Training Solutions (m/f)" to join our IT Department based in Marignane, France. Role Context & Impact: Activities around Customer Relationship Management are today mainly driven by Marketing, Sales and Support departments. These business domains are composed of various teams that interact directly or indirectly with our customers and use various solutions that help building up customer relationships. In this context, the Digital Customer Relationship Management Product Service Line team is dedicated to supporting these businesses in deploying IT solutions that support a common vision shared across business departments. The CRM solutions portfolio consists in: Our Salesforce platform, which includes: Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and other tiers applications (QUIP, PROS CPQ, Qualtrics…) Our customer portal AirbusWorld: powered by Liferay portal solution, that exposes a set of services developed with the last industry standards Our technical requests applications: a set of web and mobile based services developed specifically to answer to both Customers expectation and Security standards a wide range of custom web-based applications that support various domains from marketing to support We are engaged in digital transformation programs that require significant evolutions in our product roadmap and portfolio, as well as agility to adapt to constant changes. Therefore, we are seeking a skilled Digital Project Manager to support current and future initiatives, primarily in the Marketing and Sales areas. Phased Role Evolution: Phase 1 (Immediate – Early 2027): Drive the finalization of the TEEMS (Training E2E Management System) initiative. You will lead the final testing phase, manage the cutover to production scheduled for early 2027, and anchor the post-go-live Hypercare and production support to guarantee adoption across the AH Training Department. Phase 2 (2027+): Expand scope to lead end-to-end digital projects across our broader Salesforce portfolio (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ) and customer digital tools, working in close partnership with our external integration partner. Tasks & Accountabilities: TEEMS Project Finalization: Orchestrate user acceptance testing (UAT), defect triage, change management, and go-live readiness activities for the TEEMS solution. Production Stabilization & Support: Oversee early-stage production support following launch, ensuring swift incident resolution, user feedback loop management, and platform stability. Salesforce Roadmap Delivery: Lead subsequent digital projects on the Salesforce platform, converting business requirements from Marketing, Sales, and Support into clear functional and technical specifications. Vendor & Integrator Governance: Manage external integrators and contractors to ensure deliverables meet schedule, quality, budget, and architectural standards. Stakeholder Management: Maintain regular project status, risk mitigation plans, and governance reporting for both business owners and IM leadership. Qualifications & Experience: Experience: Minimum 5 years managing digital IT projects in complex matrix organizations (aerospace or industrial background preferred). Salesforce Expertise: Strong functional and technical understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, CPQ, etc.) to effectively challenge and guide the external integrator. Project Delivery: Demonstrated track record in managing testing phases, cutover plans, and post-launch support under both Agile and Waterfall frameworks. Vendor Management: Practical experience overseeing third-party system integrators and application management partners. Languages & Soft Skills: Advanced/Fluent level in English. Autonomous, resilient under go-live pressure, with strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills. Not a 100% match? No worries!
