Job description

Work Flexibility: Hybrid Senior Manager, EDT Product Manager, Product Lifecycle Management The Product Manager, Global Labeling Solutions owns the end-to-end lifecycle of the enterprise labeling capabilities that enable compliant, accurate, scalable, reliable, and efficient label design, approval, content management, and printing across global manufacturing and distribution operations. This role translates customer needs, business goals, and regulatory expectations into a clear product vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes that advance design control, change management, global product data governance, and digital thread capabilities. The Product Manager will operate with a “mini-CEO” mindset—customer-obsessed, data-driven, and accountable for decisions, trade-offs, value realization, adoption, total cost of ownership, and delivery results. Key responsibilities include: Define and execute the Global Labeling product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning platform capabilities with business objectives, manufacturing priorities, and regulatory requirements. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and prioritization through delivery, adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement. Manage and prioritize the labeling product backlog, ensuring enhancements, integrations, and support initiatives deliver measurable business value. Partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Technology teams to define requirements, drive roadmap execution, and resolve complex cross-functional dependencies. Serve as the platform owner and SME for Loftware Cloud and/or Loftware Cloud Clinical Trials, overseeing labeling capabilities, workflows, governance, validation readiness, and platform performance. Lead the design and evolution of integrations between labeling platforms and enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM, MES, WMS, clinical supply management, and master data solutions. Establish and maintain governance standards for label templates, content management, translations, version control, access controls, release management, and change management in a regulated environment. Ensure labeling solutions meet global compliance and quality requirements, including audit readiness, traceability, validation, electronic records and signatures, UDI, MDR, GxP, and other regulatory standards. Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, training, and adoption initiatives to maximize platform utilization and user experience across global business functions. Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in enterprise labeling, clinical trial labeling, print automation, and cloud platforms to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. What you need: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in enterprise application delivery, product management, platform ownership, or technology leadership within regulated industries. Deep expertise with Loftware Cloud and/or Loftware Cloud Clinical Trials, including label design, content management, approval workflows, print management, audit trails, and validated environments. Strong understanding of enterprise labeling ecosystems and integrations with ERP, PLM, MES, WMS, clinical supply, and master data platforms. Knowledge of labeling solutions such as BarTender, NiceLabel, or Robar, with the ability to contribute to enterprise labeling strategy and platform modernization. Experience working with engineering teams on backlog prioritization, requirements definition, release planning, solution design, and rapid prototyping. Strong understanding of MedTech, life sciences, or other regulated environments, including GxP, UDI, MDR, validation, electronic records/signatures, traceability, and compliance requirements. Proven ability to lead complex global technology initiatives, influence cross-functional stakeholders, manage vendor partnerships, and balance business value, user experience, technical feasibility, and compliance. Travel Percentage: None
