Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite What you will do: As the Senior Product Manager, Biologics you will be responsible for leading the product strategy and execution for the bone grafting portfolio within the Trauma business. This role requires a highly motivated and experienced marketer who can operate independently and lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution. The ideal candidate is a strong strategic thinker and execution-focused leader who builds trusted relationships with surgeons, sales representatives, and key internal stakeholders. They possess a deep curiosity for both the clinical and business aspects of their portfolio and are committed to becoming the subject matter expert in bone grafting solutions, market dynamics, and customer needs. This individual will develop and execute portfolio strategies, translate customer insights into actionable innovations, and partner closely with sales, medical education, R&D, regulatory, operations, and finance teams to deliver impactful results. Success in this role requires a combination of commercial acumen, clinical understanding, project leadership, and the ability to influence without direct authority in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive adoption and long-term growth of the Biologics portfolio. Lead go-to-market strategies, product launches, commercialization plans, and lifecycle management for connected healthcare solutions. Identify emerging customer needs, market trends, and opportunities to inform product strategy and innovation. Analyze market intelligence, competitive landscape, customer insights, and technology trends to influence downstream strategy decisions. Develop pricing, positioning, segmentation, and value proposition strategies that support commercial growth. Establish product performance metrics, business forecasts, and success measures while managing project priorities and timelines. Build relationships with internal and external customers including sales, industry organizations, and key opinion leaders to support product growth.
