Work Flexibility: Hybrid Senior Manager, Quality Assurance What You Will Do: Lead GQO ERP Template quality delivery to support, Manufacturing, supply chain, planning, manufacturing execution, product lifecycle management, and labelling etc. Ensure enterprise-wide process landscape quality with manufacturing, finance, supply chain, Procure to Pay etc. Execute the organization's QAS strategy, incorporating business continuity, innovation, automation capabilities Guide principles provide basic rules and guardrails of program execution; critical to revisit during major decisions Own the planning and execution of testing programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Monitor project progress and intervene when necessary to address challenges and mitigate risks. Evaluate projects for unsigned contracts or out of scope requests, manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and costs Manage and coordinates with external suppliers and deployment partners to ensure they meet their contracted deliverables, agreed upon timelines, and metrics Work with other EDT teams along with business teams to deliver business solutions Partner with Business Analysts in understanding system requirements and translating into solutions within an application and/or application stack Lead and mentor Solution Analysts within the team and provide oversight and guidance. Financial focus on delivering activities on budget, leveraging time on value-driven activities and ensuring external resources meet contractual deliverables. What you need: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 13+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Testing, and Quality Governance Proven experience leading enterprise-wide testing portfolios and managing complex testing pipelines across multiple concurrent initiatives Strong expertise in test governance, quality compliance, risk management, delivery oversight, and execution tracking within large-scale transformation programs Demonstrated experience supporting SAP transformation initiatives, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts across cross-functional teams Experience collaborating with development, deployment, middleware, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure successful delivery and quality outcomes Strong understanding of quality, compliance, governance, and audit-readiness requirements within highly regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive accountability, and foster continuous improvement across global teams Travel Percentage: 10%
