Job description
Work Flexibility: Onsite Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:45am - 2:15pm, with overtime as needed by the business. What you will do: Operate robotic welding equipment safely and efficiently while following established production procedures and work instructions. Load, unload, position, and secure parts in robotic welding cells to ensure accurate and consistent weld quality. Verify correct part identification, orientation, and component usage before initiating welding operations. Monitor welding processes, recognize abnormal conditions, and perform basic equipment adjustments within established guidelines. Inspect completed welds and assemblies to ensure they meet quality, dimensional, and production requirements. Identify, communicate, and help resolve weld defects, material issues, damaged parts, and equipment concerns. Maintain accurate production and quality records while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence. Follow all safety, quality, and PPE requirements while maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment. What you need: Preferred High School or GED 1+ year of Fabrication Experience Material Handling Experience #INDGQO $21.90/hr. plus bonus eligible and benefits.
