Responsibilities: All activities related to the administration and formal processing of industrial property rights in Germany and abroad Processing incoming mail, independent file management, including noting and monitoring deadlines Correspondence with government agencies, as well as with external patent law firms and service providers Administration of inventor compensation payments, including the review and processing of incoming invoices and official fees Independent correspondence with Freudenberg business groups and other specialized departments Qualifications: Completed training as a patent attorney’s professional assistant with several years of professional experience in the patent department of an industrial company or a patent law firm Proficiency in general secretarial duties, office organization, patent management software, online tools provided by patent offices, and MS Office Preferably experience in the administration and processing of inventor compensation payments, as well as in the review and processing of incoming invoices and official fee payments.
