Job Description SummaryGE HealthCare Site Security Leader is accountable for the security of assets, facilities, processes, information, employees, contractors, and visitors at our sites of manufacturing and distribution. Job DescriptionKey responsibilities/essential functions include: Leading the effective implementation of the Business Security and Crisis Management program at the site. Ensure Work Area Security. Site business continuity plan coordination. Implement and manage the badging and access control programs. Implement and manage the site crisis management program. Monitor concerns and incident reporting. Ensure concern reports are addressed and properly closed out. Conduct initial security incident inquiry. Provide accurate and timely site assessments and reports to business management and the respective EHS Manager. Communicate information on site specific security issues and incidents to senior management, GE HealthCare public relations, and local law enforcement, if necessary. Lead and manage contracted site security service. Comply with travel security and TAS process. Manage security protocols in GE HealthCare special events. Identify and mitigate security and crisis management vulnerabilities at the site. Assume incident command role for the incident type. This is to be done in coordination with EHS. The security leader must conduct a site risk assessment for all three BOP sites in accordance with the GEHC physical security standards. As part of providing physical security for a site, a site security leader is expected to have a working knowledge of all security systems at that site: CCTV, Intrusion detection, access controls, GE HealthCare security platforms (lenel, genetec). Ensure systems are monitored and performing effectively to control access to the facility and secure assets. Establish processes and procedures to quickly detect security breaches and respond to multiple threats (human, physical, and cyber). Create processes that enable security systems to provide data to support effective investigations (e.g. CCTV data storage). Will lead workplace violence awareness and drills. Lead, coordinate & implement/maintain CTPAT/OEA standards for all operations. Comply with EHS regulations and policies; identify and report any EHS concern and support on corrective actions. Quality Expectations: Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and support corrective actions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Engineering 3 years’ experience in Manufacturing processes Regulatory knowledge and experience working under federal and state and /or equivalents regulations. Project and program management skills Bilingual Proficient computer skills Preferred Qualifications: Professional certifications Experience managing projects and/or Security compliance. Able to simultaneously manage multiple projects and other responsibilities, adjust to changing priorities and to make decisions with speed and accuracy based on available information. Team player with interpersonal skills, capable of working within a globally diverse, cross-functional, internal, and external team across different time zones. Oral and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Master Degree.
