Find out more: Our approach to R&D Position Summary You will lead end-to-end clinical data management activities for one or several portfolio of studies. You will work closely with study teams, vendors and technical partners to ensure high quality data, reliable delivery and compliance. These responsibilities include some of the following: Lead and oversee end-to-end data management for one or several clinical studies, ensuring quality, timelines and budget targets are met. Serve as the main contact for data management matters for internal teams and external vendors or CROs. Contribute to study planning and design with input to Data Management Plans, protocol-related documents and study risk registers. Manage in-stream data flow, cleaning, reconciliation and delivery of a clean study database and database lock. Oversee design and configuration of data capture tools (eCRF, eCOA) and integration with external data sources. Provide sponsor oversight of vendor performance, maintain TMF artifacts and support audits and inspections. Why You? Working model This role is hybrid. You will be based in our Poland hub with regular days in the office and flexibility to work from home on other days. Exact pattern will be agreed during recruitment. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, clinical, data or computer-related discipline. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in clinical data management or clinical trials in pharma, CRO or academic research. Practical knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and regulatory expectations for clinical data. Experience working with external vendors or Functional Service Providers and performing sponsor oversight. Strong verbal and written English communication skills for global collaboration. Demonstrated ability to plan and manage study-level activities, timelines and deliverables. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Experience with electronic data capture systems such as InForm, Rave, Veeva or similar. Familiarity with laboratory and biomarker data handling and external data integrations. Experience implementing or using clinical data standards such as CDISC. Prior experience in sponsor oversight of outsourced studies (FSP/FSO). Experience mentoring team members or acting as a subject matter expert.
