Our Account Orchestrators serve as strategic business leaders across our premier customer accounts, aligning cross-functional teams, technical specialists, and partner ecosystems to deliver sustainable digital transformation and secure networking solutions. Your Impact As an Account Orchestrator, you will serve as the primary customer advocate and commercial leader across a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will orchestrate complex deal cycles, align core secure networking architectures (switching, routing, wireless, firewall) with customer strategic roadmaps, and drive sustained cross-portfolio revenue growth across all deal stages. Orchestrate multi-faceted, complex enterprise sales cycles from whitespace opportunity qualification to executive proposal and deal closing. Drive sustainable cross-portfolio account growth across core secure networking, switching, routing, wireless, and firewall architectures. Lead executive-level customer engagements, aligning business roadmap objectives with Cisco's differentiated multi-domain technology solutions. Partner with Portfolio Solution Engineers, product specialists, and channel partners to design and deliver high-impact competitive proposals. Analyze pipeline metrics in CRM tools and build weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts to consistently exceed territory revenue commitments. Minimum Qualifications Secured 7+ years of direct quota-carrying experience selling enterprise networking, switching, routing, wireless, or cybersecurity solutions. Closed deals ranging from $50K to $750K+ in annual contract value across complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Executed cross-architecture sales strategies integrating hardware, software subscriptions, and recurring support services. Tracked and forecasted pipeline opportunities using Salesforce or equivalent enterprise CRM platforms. Generated 100%+ annual quota attainment across defined enterprise territory accounts. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience, Master's degree with 6+ years of related experience, or PhD with 3+ years of related experience. Demonstrated executive presence and proven track record of establishing consultative relationships with C-suite decision-makers. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or equivalent enterprise networking credentials. Exceptional cross-functional orchestration skills with proven ability to align technical solution engineers, channel partners, and customer executives. Strong consultative negotiation capabilities with deep domain expertise in competitive deal structuring and customer roadmap development. Why Cisco? Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows: .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota; 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%; 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
