Senior Director, Product Marketing & Applications, Data Center Power Delivery The OpportunityWe are seeking a proven technical and strategic Senior Director to lead the global Product Marketing and Applications Engineering organization for Data Center Power Delivery. This dual-function leader will connect market insight, semiconductor and system-level power expertise, product strategy, and customer execution to accelerate profitable growth. You will define and scale differentiated 48 V/54 V-to-core solutions for next-generation AI data centers, advancing power density, efficiency, integration, and system architecture to help unlock AI at scale and its potential to transform industries and improve lives worldwide. You will own the product, market, and go-to-market roadmap for the portfolio, working in close alignment with R&D and design leadership to translate hyperscaler needs into winning silicon solutions and measurable business results. Role at a GlanceReports To: Head of Data Center Power Delivery. Organization: Lead the global Product Marketing and Applications Engineering organization for Data Center Power Delivery. Markets: AI accelerators, high-density servers, cloud infrastructure, networking, and high-performance computing. Portfolio: High-current point-of-load solutions, 48 V/54 V intermediate bus converters, power modules, smart power stages, and system management solutions. Technology: Advanced packaging and magnetics, high-frequency conversion, vertical power delivery, and thermal-mechanical co-design. What You Will OwnPortfolio Strategy & Business PerformanceMarket & Roadmap Strategy: Convert customer, application, and competitive insight into a differentiated multi-year product and technology roadmap aligned with R&D leadership. Product Definition, Pathfinding & Investment: Translate market needs into product requirements and business cases; evaluate emerging architectures, packaging, magnetics, silicon technologies, partnerships, and inorganic opportunities; and influence investment, sequencing, and build/buy/partner decisions. Portfolio Performance: Drive positioning, segmentation, pricing, lifecycle, capacity, and cost decisions to grow revenue, market share, margin, and return on investment. Applications & Solution ExecutionSystem Architecture & Requirements: Partner with customers and R&D to translate performance, density, efficiency, thermal, reliability, telemetry, and cost needs into system architectures and clear product requirements. Product & Application Readiness: Guide design trade-offs and ensure validation, evaluation platforms, reference designs, models, tools, documentation, and qualification support are ready for customer adoption. Customer Execution & Learning: Lead strategic evaluations, integration, debugging, and critical issue resolution; feed field learning into product improvements and future roadmaps. Go-to-Market & Design WinsGo-to-Market Strategy: Define target segments, positioning, pricing, launch objectives, channel readiness, and success metrics for new products and platforms. Launch & Operational Readiness: Align product performance, quality, evaluation tools, documentation, supply, capacity, communications, and support for on-time launches and production ramps. Design-Win Conversion: Equip sales and field teams, prioritize strategic opportunities, and convert evaluations and reference-platform inclusion into production revenue. Customer & Ecosystem LeadershipStrategic Relationships: Build trusted relationships with hyperscalers, partners, and internal stakeholders across engineering, architecture, procurement, and business leadership. Platform Influence: Anticipate requirements, shape next-generation platforms, and focus applications and marketing resources on the highest-value opportunities and risks. Ecosystem & Executive Engagement: Lead senior customer and partner reviews; support agreements, licensing, joint development, and strategic collaborations. Organization & Talent LeadershipOrganization Leadership: Lead and develop a global team of Product Applications Managers, Product Marketing Managers, Application Engineers, and technical leaders. Operating Model: Define structure, decision rights, priorities, and operating cadence across Product Marketing and Applications Engineering, with clear interfaces to partner functions. Talent & Culture: Build leadership capability, succession depth, and a high-performance culture centered on technical excellence, accountability, and customer impact. How Success Will Be MeasuredDesign Wins & Revenue Conversion: Strategic socket wins, reference-platform inclusion, and conversion of evaluations and design wins into production revenue. Growth & Profitability: Year-over-year revenue growth, market-share gain, gross-margin expansion, forecast accuracy, and return on development investment. Roadmap & Launch Execution: On-time product requirements, validation, evaluation platforms, qualification, launches, and production ramps. Customer & Organization Effectiveness: Customer satisfaction, critical-issue closure, organizational capability, employee engagement, and succession coverage. What You BringRequiredEducation: BS or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Leadership Experience: 15+ years in power management, semiconductor applications, product management, product definition, or technical product marketing, including global leadership of managers and senior technical talent. Power Architecture Expertise: Deep knowledge of high-current, high-density conversion for data center, AI accelerator, server, or networking systems, including xPU core power, smart power stages, point-of-load converters, modules, and intermediate-bus solutions. Commercial & Execution Results: Demonstrated success defining products, launching semiconductors, executing complex customer programs, and delivering design-win, revenue, margin, or market-share growth. Influence & Communication: Strong business acumen with proven cross-functional influence, negotiation, and executive communication skills. PreferredAdvanced degree in power electronics or an MBA. Working knowledge of advanced packaging, integrated magnetics, vertical power delivery, thermal-mechanical co-design, and wide-bandgap technologies, with strong command of system trade-offs and total cost of ownership. Established credibility with hyperscalers, processor and accelerator vendors, OEMs, and ODMs. For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
