Introduction to the jobThe Lean & Flow Expert lead lean transformation and flow optimization in Linkou Factory. This role leads structured improvement initiatives focused on waste elimination, cost effectiveness, inventory optimization, and operational excellence. It also develops internal capabilities through coaching and training, and promotes Lean thinking, flow efficiency, and standardized ways of working. Role and responsibilitiesLead Lean and flow transformation initiatives to build a sustainable improvement culture within the Linkou factory. Drive hands-on improvement projects (e.g., A3, 4C, breakthrough initiatives) from opportunity identification to solution implementation and benefit realization. Apply Lean, flow, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational performance, eliminate waste, and optimize end-to-end process flow. Facilitate structured and fact-based communication to support planning, execution, and follow-up of improvement activities. Provide Lean and flow-related training and coaching to employees and leadership teams to build internal capability. Collaborate closely with global teams on improvement projects and performance reporting through onsite and virtual meetings in English. Conduct gemba walks, flow assessments, and maturity evaluations to identify gaps and drive operational excellence to the next level. Participate in strategic planning and deployment of Lean & Flow roadmap for the Linkou factory. Perform additional tasks or assignments as required by management. Education and experienceBachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Engineering, Management, or related fields. 8+ years of experience in Lean, Six Sigma, flow optimization, or continuous improvement, including hands-on project execution. Experience in factory operations, especially introduction new production line/assembly line in semiconductor industry is a strong plus. SkillsSolid knowledge of Lean, flow optimization, continuous improvement methodologies, and quality systems (Lean, Six Sigma, DFSS, Kaizen/QCC, Tiered Process, TQM, ISO, etc.). Strong project leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional collaboration. Strong communication skills across all organizational levels. Effective coaching and training capability. Good financial acumen for evaluating improvement benefits and cost analysis. Proficiency in English and Mandarin for presentations and communications. Green Belt / Black Belt certification preferred. Power BI & plant simulation knowledge is a plus.
