Location: Kewdale | Brisbane | Perth Are you interested in ERP applications and motivated by helping users solve practical business problems? At Sandvik Ground Support, we are looking for an IT Digital Applications Delivery Support professional to join our Global IT team. This hands-on support role is designed for a developing IT applications professional who has gained practical ERP support experience and is ready to take the next step in a global organisation. Working alongside experienced global colleagues, you will support day-to-day operations, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help users get the best from our digital tools. Primarily supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you will play an important role in delivering reliable, secure and user-friendly digital solutions that support our operations across the business. You'll also gain exposure to application integrations, business process automation (BPA) platforms, business intelligence (BI) solutions and enterprise system security, providing a broad foundation for continued professional growth. This role requires occasional travel of up to 25% to support business projects, training initiatives and stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities Provide functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related business applications. Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve application issues, incidents and user enquiries. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective digital solutions. Support application upgrades, system enhancements, testing activities and new technology implementations. Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials and process guides. Deliver user training and promote adoption of digital systems and business processes. Maintain application security, user access controls and compliance with IT governance requirements. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance system performance and business efficiency. About You: You are a proactive and service-focused applications professional who can translate technical information into clear, practical guidance. You enjoy working with people at all levels of an organisation and bring a structured, solutions-oriented approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement. You will ideally have: A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Approximately 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar business applications, ERP support or functional consulting role. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365, or a comparable global ERP platform. Exposure to ERP implementations, upgrades, system operations and ongoing application maintenance. An understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes and business process workflows. Experience with application configuration, optimisation, testing and incident management. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. The ability to create logical and detailed test scenarios. Clear written and verbal communication skills in English. Confidence delivering training and explaining technical concepts to non-technical users. The ability to prioritise competing tasks and work independently under deadline pressure. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a multicultural, globally connected environment.
