The Network Products Engineering organization defines, develops, qualifies, and delivers the networking products that power OCI data centers worldwide. We partner with hardware vendors, software engineering, network engineering, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and product organizations to deliver reliable, scalable networking solutions. We are seeking a Principal Network Developer (IC4) to design and deliver advanced network products and capabilities across the product lifecycle. This individual contributor will independently own complex technical workstreams, translate requirements into implementable solutions, and help ensure OCI network products meet demanding standards for performance, reliability, scalability, and operational readiness. Success in this role requires strong technical judgment, practical execution, and the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and operational teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable solving ambiguous problems, driving well-scoped cross-functional efforts, and mentoring others through example and technical guidance.
