The role offers extensive exposure to the diverse range of benefits provided by Version 1 to employees globally, while supporting key change initiatives and continuous improvement programmes. The role ensures accurate execution of reward processes, data integrity, policy compliance, and a positive employee experience through efficient administration of compensation and benefits activities. The role works closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition and external benefit providers to support delivery of the organisation's Total Rewards strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Administering employee benefits programmes, including pensions, medical insurance, life assurance, and associated payroll processes. Manage day-to-day administration of employee benefit programmes. Maintain compensation records within HR systems and ensure data accuracy. Acting as the first point of contact for Compensation & Benefits queries, ensuring timely resolution or escalation to the appropriate team members where required. Providing guidance and support to employees and managers on Version 1's Compensation & Benefits policies and procedures. Maintaining and updating HR systems accurately, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with GDPR requirements. Process retention awards, one-off payments, allowances and incentive payments. Delivering effective HR administration support, including report generation, document management, and responding to employee and business requests. Supporting the wider HR team with key projects, process improvements, and other ad hoc responsibilities as required. Data Management & Reporting Maintain accurate reward and benefits information within HRIS systems. Conduct regular audits of compensation and benefit data. Generate monthly, quarterly and annual reward reports. Support payroll reconciliation activities related to compensation and benefits. Produce dashboards and management information for HR leadership. Monitor key reward metrics including participation rates, costs and utilisation trends. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related discipline. 4-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Payroll or Rewards Administration. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong Microsoft Excel skills and Power BI skills including reporting and data analysis. Ability to deliver high levels of performance and service excellence while managing high volume workload Experience with Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems.
