Job Location MANILA NET PARK OFFICE Job Description At P&G, your career is built to scale with our iconic brands like Ariel®, Safeguard ®, Tide ®, Head & Shoulders®, Old Spice®, and Vicks®. Ready to join the team that powers our iconic brands? Here’s what you’ll be doing: About the Role Join P&G's Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) Solution Architecture & Engineering team and help shape the integration backbone of one of the world's largest consumer goods companies. The EAI organization delivers integration platforms that support many of P&G's mission-critical business processes across a diverse, multi-vendor, multi-cloud environment. As a Boomi Integration Engineer, you will independently design, build, test, deploy, and support reliable integration solutions on P&G's Boomi platform. Working with solution architects, integration developers, and global business and technology partners, you will translate business requirements into secure, reusable, and operationally ready integrations. Boomi is the primary delivery platform for this role; exposure to SAP Integration Suite and other integration technologies is beneficial for collaboration and interoperability. What You Will Do Assess assigned integration use cases and translate business requirements into maintainable technical designs, seeking architectural guidance for complex or cross-platform decisions. Design, build, test, deploy, and support medium-complexity Boomi integration processes using established engineering standards and reusable patterns. Configure and maintain connectors, document profiles, mappings, APIs, error handling, logging, and alerting for assigned integrations. Manage the promotion of integration assets across environments using version control, testing, change controls, and CI/CD practices. Diagnose defects and production incidents for assigned solutions; contribute to root-cause analysis, problem resolution, and service improvements in partnership with operations teams. Participate in design and code reviews, provide constructive peer feedback, and ensure assigned solutions meet functional, security, quality, and operational-readiness requirements. Collaborate with architects and partner teams to improve integration patterns, standards, documentation, and developer practices. Help evaluate and adopt tools that improve integration delivery, testing, observability, and supportability. Job Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent practical experience will also be considered. 3+ years of software or enterprise-integration delivery experience in a complex business environment. Hands-on Boomi development experience, including process design, connectors, document profiles, data mapping, API integration, error handling, testing, and deployment promotion. Experience translating defined business requirements into scalable, maintainable integration solutions, with appropriate architectural guidance for complex decisions. Working knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, JSON and XML, common integration patterns, and authentication approaches such as OAuth or mutual TLS. Experience with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD concepts. Understanding of secure handling for credentials, certificates, and other integration secrets. Fluency in English and the ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams. An independent, self-directed approach to problem solving, paired with a commitment to engineering quality and knowledge sharing. Preferred Qualifications Boomi Developer or Professional Developer certification, or a commitment to attain an appropriate Boomi certification within the first year in the role. Experience with SAP Integration Suite, EDI/B2B connectivity, messaging platforms, API management, or another enterprise iPaaS platform. Exposure to one or more cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS, GCP, or SAP BTP. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Linux, or networking fundamentals. Familiarity with operational practices such as incident, problem, and change management; ITIL Foundation certification is beneficial. Awareness of enterprise identity and security concepts, such as RBAC, LDAP, SAML, and Active Directory. Operational, Security, and Quality Expectations You will own the delivery quality and operational readiness of assigned integrations, including documentation, testing, deployment evidence, monitoring, and release to operations. Production support, incident-response participation, and any on-call expectations are defined by our team operating model. All work must comply with P&G security, data-handling, change-management, and engineering standards. Integration designs and releases are reviewed through established team processes before production deployment. As an experienced hire, you are empowered to scale your impact and go beyond being a developer with opportunities to lead, guide, and collaborate on transformative projects that power our brands.
