ABOUT THE ROLE Role Description: We are seeking a Job Architecture Senior Associate to join our Total Rewards team in India. Working under general direction, this role applies established methodologies and specialized knowledge to support job architecture, job levelling, and functional and global career framework activities. The role analyses job and organization information, prepares preliminary levelling recommendations, and maintains accurate documentation. The role partners with Compensation colleagues and other HR stakeholders to support fair and consistent placement of roles within internal and external career frameworks. It also contributes to process improvements and the responsible use of approved AI-enabled tools. Roles & Responsibilities: Support job mapping and levelling requests by gathering role and organization information, reviewing job descriptions, applying established Global Career Framework and job evaluation guidelines, and documenting preliminary findings. Analyse internal job architecture data, career framework information, and relevant external survey references to identify patterns, data-quality issues, and potential inconsistencies; escalate complex or outlier cases. Maintain job profiles, job families, career framework materials, decision logs, templates, and governance records in accordance with established processes and data standards. Coordinate defined workstreams supporting functional career progression frameworks, including stakeholder inputs, meeting materials, milestones, and documentation. Use approved AI-supported job analysis tools to summarize job content, compare roles against established framework criteria, and improve consistency, while applying appropriate human review and confidentiality controls. Contribute to the testing and implementation of process and technology enhancements with the Total Rewards Technology Manager and Compensation partners by documenting requirements, validating outputs, and reporting issues. Research relevant practices and trends in job architecture, career frameworks, job evaluation, AI, and HR technology; synthesize findings and share practical observations with the team. Develop and update standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, templates, and training materials, and provide guidance to HR users on standard job architecture processes. Basic Qualifications and Experience Master’s degree and 4 years of HR exp ; OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Human Resources, Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, HR Operations, or related experience; Preferred Skills Analytical and interpretation skills to evaluate information of moderate complexity and prepare clear, evidence-based findings. Strong attention to detail, data quality, accuracy, and confidentiality. Clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder service, and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments, establish priorities within general guidelines, and meet project deadlines. Sound judgment to resolve standard issues, recognize exceptions, and escalate unfamiliar or complex matters appropriately. Curiosity for technology and continuous improvement; exposure to a global, matrixed environment or organizational design is a plus.
