HR Business Partner manages the delivery of HR services across the business. Key aspect of the roles requires that HR Business Partner acts as a liaison between the business and Corporate HR. Provides HR expertise to the business strategy and consulting on a variety of HR functional issues. Serves as the primary strategic partner to the business, developing HR strategies, needs assessments and resulting HR solutions. Responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of all HR programs and services. Responsible for the HR results in the business, including client satisfaction, HR effectiveness and associated financial results. Establishes, builds and maintains strong relationships with key HR partners from all Practice Areas and Service Centers to ensure elements of HR are successfully coordinated to meet business needs: includes relationship management, leadership, HR roles/responsibilities, and service delivery commitments. Be the ambassador of the HR organization to represent the services and resources available to the business and help manage the collective reputation of the HR organization as a whole. Coordinate and implement HR strategies to meet organizational needs of a major segment of the business. Manage the performance and talent management cycle. Lead the onboarding activities. Ensure actions and delivery of Practice and Service Centers align with overall HR strategy and meet the needs of the business. Coordinate the Employee Relations services to provide a single point of contact for efficiently providing highly accessible expert ER interface across the business. Manage in partnership with CoE the talent acquisition strategy and execution that results in attracting the strongest talent. Execute effective recruitment process, practice and standards that provide high quality experience for candidates and hiring managers. Implement attraction and engagement strategy both for the proactive recruitment as well as recruiting for the current open roles. Assist in the design and implementation of all HR policies and procedures and provide guidance to employees when needed Ensures compliance with all relevant Federal and local country laws, regulations, policies and practices. Provides expert consultative and problem solving services to managers, employees and other HR functions regarding HR policies and practices, performance management, and other ER areas. Consults, coordinates and manages reductions in workforce. Provide all relevant information for the monthly payroll preparation. Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner. Support the planning, design, evaluation and administration of employee compensation and benefits programs. Manage end-to-end personnel administration activities in collaboration with the external provider, including employment documentation and contract changes, employee records management, payroll and reporting support, termination processes, medical leave administration, and responding to employee inquiries while ensuring accurate and compliant personnel documentation. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field. Minimum eight (8) years of experience in Human Resources, minimum five (5) years of experience as Human Resources generalist with proven experience managing employee relations situations. Demonstrated understanding of organizational development activities preferred. Significant breadth of understanding of functional HR roles and responsibilities and impact on the business. Knowledge of federal and local country labor laws. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Knowledge of computerized systems and software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel).
