R&D laboratory technician (f/m/d)

Job description

Responsibilities: Perform sampling and weighing of existing products and contribute to the development of new formulations (colors and flavors) based on demand, and any related tasks. Conduct physicochemical analyses to validate the quality of raw materials and finished products. Carry out application testing to support product development and provide technical assistance. Provide technical support to the Senior Process Scientist during pilot plant trials, including data collection. Ensure the availability of raw materials and laboratory consumables. Prepare and submit technical documentation. Assist in the preparation of technical presentations. Collaborate with other Capol departments (Purchasing, Customer Service, Quality, Production, etc.) to support project success. Qualifications: College diploma (DEC) in Food Process Technology, Food Quality, Biology, or a related field. Previous experience in the food industry is an asset. Strong laboratory skills and technical abilities. Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.
