About the Role We are seeking an experienced Quality Transformation & Project Management professional to join our Global Quality team. In this role, you will lead and coordinate strategic quality initiatives, transformation programmes, and enterprise projects that support Quality Ambition 2030 and the delivery of the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Quality Plan. Working from our Global Capability Centre (GCC), you will collaborate with global stakeholders, quality leadership teams, and cross-functional partners to drive business-critical programmes, enhance governance, and accelerate digital and operational transformation across the quality organization. Key Responsibilities Programme & Project Leadership Lead and deliver strategic quality projects and transformation initiatives aligned with global quality objectives and business priorities. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful programme delivery. Drive execution using established project management methodologies, PMO practices, and transformation frameworks. Governance & Performance Management Support the development, monitoring, and reporting of quality KPIs and performance metrics. Coordinate governance forums, Quality Leadership Team meetings, and Quality Councils, ensuring appropriate preparation, documentation, action tracking, and follow-up. Provide clear programme reporting and status updates to senior stakeholders and leadership teams. Quality Transformation & Continuous Improvement Contribute to the delivery of Quality Ambition 2030 initiatives and strategic quality improvement programmes. Partner with Quality Systems, Engineering, Technology, and business teams to drive Smart Manufacturing Quality and digital transformation initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve processes, governance, and operational effectiveness through data-driven insights and continuous improvement practices. Stakeholder & Change Management Build strong relationships across global functions, business units, and leadership teams. Drive stakeholder engagement, alignment, and adoption of transformation initiatives. Support organisational change, business readiness, knowledge transfer, and successful transition to steady-state operations. Risk & Compliance Management Identify programme risks, conduct readiness assessments, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to quality standards, governance requirements, cGMP regulations, and company policies. Support financial planning and governance requirements associated with project and programme delivery. Required Qualification & Skills Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, Data Science, Project Management, or a related discipline. Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Programme Management, Data Analytics, Continuous Improvement, or a related field. 10 to 15 years of experience in Quality, Programme Management, Transformation, Change Management, or related roles within highly regulated global organizations. Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects and strategic transformation programmes. Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), GMP/cGMP requirements, and quality governance frameworks. Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, or similarly regulated industries. Exposure to digital transformation, automation, data analytics, or technology-enabled business initiatives. Preferred Skills Project and programme management expertise. Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities. Change management and business transformation experience. Risk management and governance expertise. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively within matrixed, global organizations. Knowledge of Agile methodologies, continuous improvement frameworks, and operational excellence practices. Passion for digital innovation, automation, AI-enabled transformation, and data-driven decision making.
