You’ll work closely with People Business Partners, employees and other key stakeholders, supporting the full employee lifecycle while ensuring our People processes are efficient, accurate and compliant. What you'll doOwn and support People processes, including the employee lifecycle, onboarding and offboarding, leave and absence, organisational changes, internal mobility and the annual People Cycle. Partner with People Business Partners and key stakeholders to deliver smooth and consistent People processes in line with local legislation, company policies and standards. Support employees throughout their journey, providing guidance on People processes, legislative changes and employee relations topics with a people-first approach. Keep employee data accurate and reliable in systems such as Workday and SAP, ensuring documentation is complete and audit-ready. Stay up to date with labour legislation and help translate changes into practical People processes and policies. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and improve People processes and the employee experience. Use data and KPIs to monitor process performance, identify risks and recommend improvements. Support change management initiatives, including communication and guidance for employees and stakeholders when processes, systems or legislation change. Take ownership of or contribute to People projects aligned with our business and People agenda. Who you are We’re looking for someone who combines solid People/HR knowledge with a hands-on and people-focused mindset. You have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Law or a related field. You have at least 2 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, People Operations or a related field. You have a good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities. You are organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage different priorities in a fast-paced environment. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy finding ways to improve processes and ways of working. You are comfortable working with MS Office and HR systems such as Workday; experience with ServiceNow or Salesforce is a plus. You are a clear and collaborative communicator, comfortable working with employees and stakeholders across different countries and teams. You are fluent in written and spoken in English. Why join?
