This position reports to: Facilities & IT Manager __ We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of facility infrastructure, utilities, building systems, and production equipment at our Bartlesville manufacturing facility. This role leads maintenance technicians and contractors and is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient operation of critical facility and production systems. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge of industrial maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, utilities, production equipment, fire protection, and other critical facility infrastructure. The work model for the role is: Onsite in Bartlesville, OK. #LI-Onsite Your role and responsibilities: Lead and develop maintenance technicians and contractors, establishing priorities, assigning work, and ensuring work is completed safely, effectively, and on schedule. Oversee maintenance and reliability of facility infrastructure, building systems, production equipment, utilities, and critical site systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, compressed air, and ventilation systems. Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and extend asset life. Coordinate troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and capital projects, partnering with Production and other functions to minimize operational disruption. Oversee critical facility safety and compliance systems, including fire protection, gas detection, and electrical safety. Manage facility contractors, service providers, maintenance budgets, spare parts, and work order activities to ensure effective use of resources. Drive continuous improvement and reliability initiatives using root cause analysis, Lean, and reliability-based maintenance practices. Ensure maintenance activities comply with ABB policies and applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications for the role: Required Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. 5+ years of industrial maintenance, facilities, or reliability experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience, including experience leading technicians and/or contractors. Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, facility utilities, fire protection, and production equipment maintenance. Experience with work order systems, maintenance planning, preventive/predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US. Preferred Project management experience, including coordinating facility upgrades, equipment installations, capital projects, contractors, budgets, schedules, and cross-functional resources. Experience in a manufacturing, automation, instrumentation, or industrial production environment. Experience with SAP Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, Facilities, or Reliability certification; OSHA 30-Hour is strongly preferred, Lean/Six Sigma, or Reliability Maintenance certification. Experience with industrial utility systems, including compressed air, hydrogen generators, nitrogen, gas detection, or other specialized manufacturing infrastructure.
