This position reports to: Product Line Manager, BL High Power Solutions __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes. Each day, you will provide HR support for Specialtrasfo , part of ABB Group, partnering closely with business leaders and managers to drive organizational effectiveness and ensure sustainable workplace relations. You will represent HR within the business, establishing strong relationships with leaders and employees while supporting the integration and alignment of HR practices with ABB standards. The work model for the role is: Onsite at Specialtrasfo’s Headquarter in Agrate Brianza This role is contributing to the success of Specialtrasfo and the Motion High Power Solutions Business Line. You will be mainly accountable for: • Acting as the primary HR partner for the Specialtrasfo organization, ensuring an effective HR contribution and value creation for the business. • Supporting the implementation and execution of HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle; from talent acquisition and onboarding to development, performance management, engagement and retention. • Partnering with leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives and future organizational needs • Establishing and implementing HR policies, procedures and governance processes to support the ongoing integration and alignment of Specialtrasfo with ABB HR standards. • Leading and facilitating change management initiatives, helping the organization adopt new ways of working and driving a culture of continuous improvement. • Supporting the review and definition of the organizational structure in line with the strategic direction of the business. • Driving key HR projects, including the implementation of standardized reward and bonus programs and the introduction of time and absence management processes • Ensuring compliance with labor legislation, collective bargaining agreement requirements, company policies and all relevant compliance standards. • Promoting effective communication, employee engagement and collaboration across the organization. • Representing HR within the business and building strong, trusted relationships with leaders and employees at all levels. • Coaching and supporting leaders in talent management, employee development, performance management and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Qualifications for the role • 8+ years of experience in HR roles, with strong HR Business Partnering and HR process implementation expertise. • Proven ability to establish and strengthen HR practices, partnering closely with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness. • Solid knowledge of Italian Labor Law, Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA), labor relations, and HR compliance. • Experience in Performance Management, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and Change Management. • Strong strategic thinking, workforce planning, and stakeholder management capabilities. • Excellent communication and influencing skills. • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field. • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
