Job Description The Associate is responsible for supporting reconciliation and reporting processes through accurate data validation and transaction analysis. Working under close supervision, the Associate assists in investigating financial discrepancies, preparing basic reports, and maintaining documentation for audit and compliance purposes. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Assist in performing daily reconciliations and validating transactional accuracy. Support investigation of basic accounting variances and discrepancies. Prepare and maintain reports and logs related to financial transactions. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and controls. Collaborate with senior team members to resolve exceptions or errors. Maintain audit-ready documentation for assigned processes. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities/Experience Basic understanding of accounting and reconciliation processes. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines. Effective written and verbal communication skills, including professional email writing. Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop professionally. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
