Job description

Responsible for reliability testing support with loading and unloading of integrated circuit devices onto biased boards and chambers activities Responsible for reliability testing support with loading and unloading of integrated circuit devices onto biased boards and chambers activities Ensure to meet cycle time and zero quality issue Support electrical testing and data-logging of integrated circuit devices using automated test equipment Logistics shipment handling IN/Out from laboratory to ensure in time delivery and fulfilment cycle time expectation Reliability engineering support responsibilities may be assigned on an as needed basis Participation in RCCA efforts and assist engineer in reliability activities Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or equivalent vocational certification Fresh graduate or minimum 1 - 3 years of working experience in semiconductor industry (Reliability lab experience preferred) Experiences of reliability testing, statistical analysis, failure analysis and IC testing Good communication (written and verbal) and working experience with MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and similar desktop computing applications We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
