Secure subcontractors' capacity and commitment to drive delivery fulfilment. Enable new subcon sites according to IFX supply chain process and requirement. Drive subcon to meet planning KPIs targets defined. Long term forecast (Business Scenario / Scenario Planning): Work closely with Business Division in HQ on outsourcing plan / roadmap Work with Business Division on outlook and allocation if needed Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in capacity planning, production planning, resource management, or supply chain operations Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple departments. 12 months fixed term contract basis.
