Manager Product Management HV GaN Adapt and deploy G2M strategies for the region, manage regional G2M activities on production and application level Provide consolidated regional inputs for global product and application roadmaps and offer customer feedback Gather, analyze, and provide market, customer, and competitor insights from a regional perspective to support focus areas Capture and consolidate regional application and product requirements, including scouting for emerging applications, use cases, and supporting the development of new products Lead discussions about global application and product roadmaps in the region and ensure design-wins together with Sales, FAEs Bridge the gap between sales and the business organization e.g.supply chain, project teams, application teams, quality management etc. Develop and monitor regional forecasts and ensure financial performance meets expectations Contribute significantly to allocation decisions and ensuring commercial synchronization across different departments University degree (Bachelor, Master) in Electronic or Electrical Engineering. Sales & Marketing experience with solid technical background in power electronics or semiconductor related field. Strategic thinking, openness, learning agility Proactively working with internal & external teams to synergize the result and drive segment growth. Excellent presentation & communication skills, an excellent team player and able to work under pressure. Energetic, highly self-motivated, and detail-oriented with global mindset.
