Job description

Drive yield improvement, cost optimization, and quality enhancement for assigned products.. Collaborate with Front-End (FE), Back-End (BE), Assembly, Manufacturing, and Business Divisions to resolve product and production issues. Ensure products meet quality and reliability standards through robust test strategies, Statistical Bin Analysis (SBA), test workflow optimization, and test program controls. Manage Lot on Hold (LOH) assessment and disposition to ensure compliance with quality requirements. Support new product releases, stable production ramp-up, FE qualifications, and technology transfer activities. Lead productivity improvement projects including test time reduction, test insertion optimization, package optimization, burn-in reduction, and other cost-saving initiatives. Conduct risk assessments and support deviation management, change management, and product release reviews to ensure safe and reliable product delivery. Perform yield analysis, fault analysis, and root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D. Drive containment, corrective, and preventive actions to address product and process issues. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related Engineering discipline. Minimum 4 years of working experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of semiconductor product engineering, manufacturing processes, and test methodologies. Experience in yield improvement, quality management, reliability engineering, and failure analysis. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions. Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across global and cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and willingness to take responsibility for product performance and business results. Strong product technical expertise with the ability to guide and mentor junior engineers. Proven leadership capability in driving projects and achieving project goals.
