Job description

Lead the design and development of analog and mixed-signal IPs, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery. Drive architecture definition, circuit design, verification, and silicon bring-up activities for medium-complexity mixed-signal IPs. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to design teams, guiding implementation strategies and resolving critical design challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including digital design, verification, layout, product engineering, and system architects. Strong expertise in analog IC design with proven technical leadership capabilities. Extensive experience in Power Management Unit (PMU) design and development, including low-power architectures and power sequencing functions. Hands-on experience in Switch-Mode Power Converter (SMPS/DC-DC Converter) design and implementation. Demonstrated ability to independently drive medium-complexity mixed-signal IP development from concept to production. Strong understanding of analog design fundamentals, including amplifiers, references, regulators, bias circuits, and feedback control systems. Excellent problem-solving, technical communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead design reviews, influence technical decisions, and coordinate across global teams.
