Job description

1. Implement equipment & tooling management system including inspection, PM/ Cal, record, assessment, reconditioning / overhaul, spare part management, etc. 2. Identify root causes and formulate effective solutions for equipment-related problems concerning OEE, EHS, quality, yield, reliability, cycle time and cost; by improving the input factors such as UDT. MTBA, etc. 3. Comply to quality and EHS requirement in daily work 1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering or engineering administration. 2. 3~5 years of Semiconductor back-end ( Assembly ) relevant job experience. Understanding of relevant tools and system.(e.g. SAP PM, 8D,fishbone analysis ) 3. Able to manage or lead projects at varying complexity 4. Fluent English skill both in oral and written and report skills 5. Understand TPM as plus WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
