For more information, please visit our website https://www.nxp.com Program OverviewThe Technical Sales & Applications Program (TSAP) is NXP’s early-career development program for new college graduates pursuing customer-facing technical roles within NXP’s Global Sales organization, with a focus on driving success in the Industrial, IoT, and Automotive markets. Designed for candidates who combine a strong technical foundation with the competitiveness and drive to succeed, TSAP prepares participants for a long-term career as Technical Sales Engineers (TSEs) through a combination of structured learning and on-the-job experience. Program StructureIntegrated Learning & On-the-Job Development (9–12 months): Structured Learning includes semiconductor and system fundamentals; NXP product portfolios; embedded systems and software fundamentals; business fundamentals; and instructor-led training from NXP subject-matter experts and leaders. On-the-Job Training includes territory or customer assignments including participating in customer meetings, technical reviews, assisting with evaluations and demos, and progressively taking ownership of technical responsibilities. Career OutcomesUpon completion, participants transition into a permanent TSE role within the Americas Sales organization, with placement based on business needs and candidate preferences.The TSE is our field leader for the extended NXP team - the captain of our team. All of our business and technical strategies, customer communications (to/from), and overall actions, results with the customer are led and owned by the TSE role. As such, the TSE position requires people who aspire to be leaders for the organization. You will have complete ownership of NXP’s relationship for a set of focused accounts or territory where you will be responsible for supporting these customers in their technical and business objectives. Your goals will be focused on identifying new projects and crafting new solutions using NXP products to solve the customers challenges. You will be responsible for building trustworthy relationships with your customers by offering real-time business and technical support to their needs. Real time support and offering value based solutions to customer problems will ultimately lead you to contributing to our collective goal of growing NXP’s revenue within these accounts/regions. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport customers and partners through evaluation, design, and deployment of NXP solutions Translate customer requirements into system-level technical solutions Collaborate with sales, applications, and product teams to drive design wins Prepare technical presentations and demos Lead customer engagements and internal reviews Develop technical depth while maintaining a system-level perspective QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field Graduate in past 24 months or upcoming graduate Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher Demonstrated technical aptitude Strong interest in customer-facing roles Competitive mindset with a passion to win Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to relocate within the United States Anticipated hire date: Q2 2027 More information about NXP in the United States...
