We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic AI Software developer. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic semiconductor environment, supporting and maintaining critical software systems. We expect Experience with Python (and writing production software in Python). Familiarity with software engineering best practices. Nice-to-have JavaScript/TypeScript/React experience or minor-scale GUI/UI/UX development. Academical background or experience with neural networks or machine learning algorithms. Nice-to-have experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or with compiler technologies. Passion for artificial intelligence, machine learning, smart devices, agentic systems or similar. Curious and innovative thinking. Responsibility for meeting goals and deadlines. Co-develop technologies used by hardware in state-of-the-art devices by our customers such as smart glasses, self-driving cars or in medical/industrial segments Job summary Develop tools, libraries and algorithms in Python for optimizing neural network models for embedded and mobile devices. Develop tools in Python to deploy, profile, benchmark neural network models on embedded and mobile devices Contribute to opensource (e. g., PyTorch, ONNX, TensorFlow or other popular opensource communities). Enable audio, vision, generative AI and/or language models on mobile and embedded devices. Explore latest research and technologies. Implement proof-of-concepts or invent something of your own, and pursue a paper or a patent. Present your work on World's leading software conferences. Co-develop hardware/software of state-of-the-art artificial intelligence accelerators. AI Software R&D Team A well-established team working together for 5+ years responsible for a complete SW portfolio of artificial intelligence products, ranging from runtime libraries to an SDK featuring optimization algorithms, and neural network deployment tooling. Responsible for design and development of AI-related SW products across PC, mobile and embedded platforms. Contributions to research, innovation, patents and opensource software. Distributed across multiple countries – US, Romania, China, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Canada, Mexico, Czech Republic and cooperating with other international teams. Communication in English. The Czech team is based in Brno and currently has 10 team members ranging from juniors/interns to experienced senior/principal developers.
