Job description

1. Production Management - Ensure all testing processes run smoothly during the night shift - Monitor production targets (Output、OTD、Cycle Time、WIP) - Quickly respond to downtime/abnormal test results and equipment issues 2. People Management - Manage attendance, break schedules, overtime, training & skills - Maintain discipline and ensure proper workplace behaviors - Conduct timely/regular performance review and feedback 3. Quality Assurance & Control - Ensure all product/process meet quality standards and customer requirements - Monitor test yield, non conformance, QA fail - Coordinate with QA/engineering teams for issue escalation 4. Equipment & Maintenance Coordination - Oversee operation of test/pack machines - Coordinate with Technician for immediate troubleshooting - Minimize equipment downtime 5. Safety & Compliance - Oversee operation of test/pack machines - Coordinate with technician for immediate troubleshooting - Minimize equipment downtime 6. Communication & Escalation - Act as the first point of contact for emergencies during night shift - Conduct detailed handover with day shift production manager - Escalate major problems to senior management or engineering teams Job Qualification: - Bachelor's degree or above in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) - At least 10 years of production/manufacturing experience - At least 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety regulations. - Proficient in English communication with foreign employees. 工作內容 1. 生產管理 (Production Management) 負責夜班期間測試產線之日常運作，確保生產流程順暢進行 監控並達成各項生產指標，包括： Output（產出） OTD（準時交付率） Cycle Time（生產週期） WIP（在製品） 即時處理設備異常、測試異常及停機問題 確保產能、品質及交期目標達成 2. 人員管理 (People Management) 管理夜班生產團隊出勤、排班、加班及休息時間安排 規劃新人訓練與技能提升計畫 維持產線紀律及良好工作文化 執行績效管理、定期回饋及團隊發展 3. 品質管理 (Quality Assurance & Control) 確保產品與製程符合品質標準及客戶需求 監控測試良率、品質異常及不合格品狀況 與品質及工程團隊合作進行問題分析與改善 推動持續改善活動以提升品質表現 4. 設備與維護協調 (Equipment & Maintenance Coordination) 監督測試設備及相關自動化設備運作 與設備工程師及技術員合作進行故障排除 降低設備停機時間並提升機台稼動率 確保設備維護及保養計畫落實執行 5. 安全與法規遵循 (Safety & Compliance) 落實工廠安全管理規範 確保所有作業符合公司及法規要求 推動安全文化及風險預防措施 配合相關稽核及改善活動 6. 溝通與緊急應變 (Communication & Escalation) 擔任夜班期間第一線管理窗口 與日班主管進行完整交接 於重大異常發生時即時向管理團隊及工程單位通報 跨部門協調資源以確保問題迅速解決 任職資格 1. 大學以上學歷，工程、製造、生產管理或相關科系佳 2. 10年以上製造業或半導體生產管理經驗 3. 3年以上帶人管理經驗 4. 熟悉生產流程、品質管理系統及工安規範 5. 具跨部門溝通與問題解決能力 6. 可接受四班二輪夜班工作型態 7. 具英文溝通能力，可與外籍員工進行日常工作交流 More information about NXP in Greater China... #LI-7743
