Job description

Role PurposeServe as the partnership focal point between NXP Vietnam and the NXP-FPT ODC, strengthening collaboration, communication, transparency, and continuous improvement across the ODC. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild trusted relationships with FPT management and key stakeholders. Facilitate communication and alignment between NXP Vietnam and the ODC. Maintain visibility of important organizational and operational developments. Identify, escalate, and support resolution of partnership issues. Support engagement, organizational development, and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidate ProfileStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence and coordinate without formal authority. Ownership mindset with practical continuous improvement orientation.
