
Principle System Engineer - Automotive MCU

Job description
Responsibilties: Lead platform software architecture, development, and system integration across AUTOSAR, embedded software, automotive networking, and MCU platforms, while driving customer engagements and solution adoption. Serve as the technical expert for platform software and embedded systems, leading technical decisions and resolving complex software, hardware, and integration challenges. Support customers across Greater China on system integration, architecture definition, debugging, and technical issue resolution. Requirements: 8+ years of AUTOSAR Classic Platform experience, with deep expertise in Vector AUTOSAR stack, OS, BSW, MCAL, and system integration. Deep knowledge of non-AUTOSAR RTOS and automotive Ethernet technologies (e.g. TSN, AVB/AVTP) is a plus. Deep expertise in embedded software, MCU architecture, and AUTOSAR integration, with a strong track record of solving complex system-level challenges across software, hardware, and platform boundaries. Demonstrated technical leadership in defining platform architecture, driving technical decisions, mentoring engineers, and leading cross-functional problem solving.
