Job description

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join Nokia Real Estate organization and lead the strategic management of Americas real estate portfolio. The Asset Manager is the strategic owner of an assigned portfolio and is accountable for portfolio performance, strategic execution and successful delivery of business outcomes across the geography. Acting as the primary interface between Business Groups, Location Strategy, Country Leadership, Corporate Functions and the Real Estate organization, the role translates business priorities into portfolio strategies, investment decisions and transaction programs that support Nokia’s long-term objectives. The role combines strategic portfolio ownership, business engagement, transaction leadership and transformation execution, ensuring that real estate decisions create measurable value for the business while supporting growth, innovation, operational efficiency and long-term portfolio sustainability.
