IT Business Relationship Partner

Job description

As an IT Business Relationship Manager at Nokia, you act as the single point of contact between IT and the business, translating business strategy, needs and challenges into IT services, roadmaps and projects that are delivered on time and to the agreed quality. You own the relationship at operational level with functional and site or regional leaders, govern service performance and escalations, and secure that IT delivery realizes measurable business benefit. The role also covers executive IT support for Nokia's senior leadership and IT support for factory and manufacturing sites, where service continuity is business critical. This role sits within IT Advancement & Design and directly supports Nokia's ambition to run a harmonized, high-performing IT environment for the whole company
