THE ROLE: The Senior Intelligence Collection Analyst serves as a critical resource within the Global Intelligence and Threat Management team, providing actionable intelligence to support enterprise-wide security operations. You will conduct and lead multi-source collection across open source, social media, dark web, and proprietary platforms to identify threats, inform decision-making, and protect organizational assets, personnel, and reputation. You will collaborate extensively with Corporate Security stakeholders including Executive Protection, Event Security, Corporate Investigations, and the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC). You will also lead the Global Intelligence and Threat Management team’s efforts to respond to requirements from other business units with intelligence support. THE PERSON: The ideal candidate is a strategic intelligence professional who can translate business requirements and taskings into concrete intelligence products. You are an experienced collection manager, able to identify the correct information sources to meet customer needs. You are proactive and comfortable in briefing and supporting leadership across the enterprise with intelligence products. KEY RESPONSIBILITES: Conduct comprehensive intelligence collection and analysis across multiple platforms and data sources, including open source (OSINT), dark web, internal data sources, social media, and other potential information channels. Execute protective intelligence collection to identify and assess threats to executives, employees, facilities, and events Leverage automation tools and AI-assisted research platforms to enhance collection efficiency and coverage Synthesize collected information into clear, concise, and actionable intelligence products Prepare executive-level briefings for senior leadership on threat landscapes and specific concerns Develop standardized and ad-hoc intelligence reports tailored to stakeholder requirements Maintain situational awareness of geopolitical events, civil unrest, and emerging threats affecting operations Track and prioritize intelligence requirements from multiple stakeholders Provide direct intelligence support to Executive Protection for travel, events, and threat assessments Support Event Security with pre-event threat assessments and real-time monitoring Assist Investigations team with research, background collection, and digital footprint analysis Deliver timely threat notifications and situational updates to GSOC operations PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Experience supporting corporate security, law enforcement, military intelligence, or government agency preferred Professional certifications (e.g., CPP, CFE, COSI, or intelligence community certifications) Experience with threat intelligence platforms (TIPs) Background in geopolitical analysis or country-specific expertise Familiarity with privacy regulations and legal considerations in intelligence collection Experience in intelligence collection, analysis, or related security field Demonstrated experience with open-source intelligence (OSINT) methodologies and tools Experience with dark web navigation and collection techniques Proven track record of producing executive-level intelligence products Deep understanding of intelligence cycle and collection management ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Political Science, Security Studies, or related field Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered LOCATION: Santa Clara or San Jose, CA, or Austin, TX.
