Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Promotion Lead, Oncology within our Oncology Business Unit. Reporting into the Business Unit Director, this role will be responsible for driving the strategic and digital evolution of our oncology portfolio, leading omnichannel excellence, innovation, and data-driven decision making to maximize customer engagement and improve outcomes for patients. As the strategic owner of a key oncology portfolio, you will lead the development and execution of integrated omnichannel strategies, drive impactful digital initiatives to maximize our oncology portfolio, and inspire a high-performing team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across functions, influence business strategy, and accelerate the adoption of innovative digital and AI-driven capabilities in a dynamic healthcare environment. What you will do: Bring energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following: Lead the strategy, positioning, and growth of a key oncology portfolio, ensuring strong customer focus and sustainable business performance. Design and execute integrated digital-first engagement strategies to deliver impactful customer experiences. Leverage data, analytics, and customer insights to optimize our digital ecossystem, improve campaign reach and engagement, and support business decision making. Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new digital technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and emerging engagement capabilities to deliver consistent and high-impact experiences for HCPs, patients and caregivers. Partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure aligned execution and operational excellence. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. What skills you will need: In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. Proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing, digital marketing, omnichannel engagement, or related commercial functions. Demonstrated people leadership experience with a track record of developing and coaching high-performing teams. Strong experience translating business strategy into measurable execution plans and results. Expertise in digital platforms for HCPs, customer journey design, personalization, marketing automation, and omnichannel engagement. Understanding of AI applications in marketing, including content optimization, predictive analytics, automation, and customer engagement. Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights and drive data-based decisions. Experience working within regulated environments, with strong knowledge of compliance requirements. Excellent communication, influencing, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with fluency in English. Why Join Us?
