Job Description SummaryThe Digital Design Intern will demonstrate technical skills in different design programs such as the Adobe suite illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, as other skills in Communication Skills, Visual Design, Photo & Editing, Video production. The roles will execute actions, related to the needs of a project, from planning to implementation. Job DescriptionThe Digital Design Intern will support the transformation of the Madison plant through observation, identification of improvement opportunities, and implementation of design projects. Assist in developing digital assets for websites, mobile applications, social media, and marketing campaigns. Create graphics, illustrations, presentations, and visual content aligned with brand standards. Support UX/UI design activities including wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes. Execute usability testing for project owners, with users, capture data. Develop digital solutions in various formats, 2D/3D videos, digital trends such as motion graphics, develop videos and interactions with vectorization or frame by frame of videos, in addition to creating scripts and carrying out the video production methodology Required Qualifications Enrollment at an accredited college or university (Bachelor's preferred) Target majors include Digital Design, Graphic Design, UX Design, or similar. Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design problems in clear and simple terms Strong initiative and ability to work independently and in teams Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working within a diverse team Desired Qualifications Prior intern or co-op experience in the digital design space Demonstrated analytical ability Proven leadership skills and experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools. Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. Understanding of responsive web and mobile design concepts.
