We are looking for an organized and service-oriented Infrastructure & IT Support Coordinator to support our site in Horten. In this role, you will ensure that employees have seamless access to IT systems, equipment, and infrastructure, while supporting compliance with environmental and ESD requirements. You will act as a key interface between local operations, IT, and facilities functions. Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities IT & Infrastructure SupportProvide on-site support for IT-related issues and coordinate with regional and global IT teams Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning of IT equipment and system access Assist in maintaining stable and secure infrastructure in line with GE HealthCare standards Intranet & Digital WorkplaceMaintain and update local intranet pages and documentation Create and maintain local standard operating procedures for IT-related topics IT Asset & Storage ManagementManage inventory of IT equipment, accessories, and consumables Mobile Device CoordinationAdminister company mobile phones, including ordering, setup, tracking, and support Coordinate subscriptions and vendor interactions Infrastructure Environmental ControlsMonitor environmental conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity) in critical areas Coordinate with facilities and vendors to ensure compliance and operational stability Support implementation and adherence to ESD requirements in technical areas Coordinate calibration and periodic verification of ultrasound phantoms, measurement instruments, and related test equipment, including scheduling, documentation, and vendor follow-up Qualifications & Experience Relevant experience in IT support, infrastructure coordination, or site operations Basic understanding of IT hardware, systems, and workplace infrastructure Experience with asset management or inventory control is an advantage Familiarity with ESD and environmental control practices is beneficial Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken Desired Characteristics Strong organizational and coordination skills Service-minded with a proactive approach to problem solving Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams High level of reliability and attention to detail What We Offer A meaningful role supporting healthcare technology and operations A collaborative and inclusive work environment Additional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No
