What You’ll DoMargin & Revenue Forecasting: Manage corporate revenue planning and interlock processes across Supply Chain Operations, Supply Chain Finance, and Corporate Finance. Develop complex scenario-based models to project bookings, backlog, build, ship, and Factory Shipped revenue to derive accurate margin profiles. Strategic Data Intelligence: Perform deep-dive analyses to identify key business drivers, trends, and patterns. Translate complex datasets into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and business value cases. Process Transformation: Lead cross-functional initiatives to rationalize systems, tools, and data architecture. Drive automation and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of corporate business planning. Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing technical expertise to interpret market challenges, mitigate risks, and optimize tactical and strategic plans. Project Leadership: Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects. Define business requirements, model data flows, and negotiate alignment across internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence. Mentorship: Provide guidance and direction to team members, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and continuous improvement. Whom You’ll Work WithYou will partner across Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations, engaging with stakeholders ranging from early-career talent to executive leadership. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics, actively listen to partner requirements, and influence outcomes that align with Cisco’s strategic goals. Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Finance, or a related field. Proven expertise in end-to-end planning processes, supply chain financials, product life-cycle management, and supply chain modeling. Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, data-intensive problems. Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing commitments, and holding partners accountable to shared goals. Proficiency in building robust, user-friendly scenario planning models that connect operational actions to strategic business outcomes. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to high-level stakeholders. Why Cisco?
