Creative Shop is a team of creative entrepreneurs, problem-solvers, data & tech tinkerers who are seeking new ways to accelerate the success of advertisers on our platforms. We don't adhere to the typical model where one person does strategy. We come at problems from every angle, leaning into our strengths, and collaborating with others who can bring something different to the work at hand when we're not sure of the answers. We are looking for an experienced creative leader who combines deep strategic expertise with a hands-on builder mentality to shape the creative vision for LATAM's most iconic brands. This role requires someone who can independently drive complex, cross-functional initiatives, mentor team members, and set the creative direction that influences outcomes across the region.
