Psychological Health Partner, Wellness Response

Meta is seeking a Wellness Response Partner to join our Wellness Response Team, under the Psychological Health, Strategy and Response function. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with and support a wide variety of teams around the world to triage and provide hands-on support for any employee experiencing thoughts of potential harm to self, harm to others, and other escalated mental health matters. The individual hired will have impact not only on the person(s) at risk, but on the company's growth and the psychological health of its people. Successful candidates will be seasoned professionals with a psychology, counseling, or crisis response background who have experience assessing complex risks, making decisive calls in critical situations, and bring creative, effective solutions to a scaling, fast-paced organization.
