Job description

Process Optimization: Analyze and characterize back-end processes to reduce variance, improve stability, and support production scaling. Automation & Innovation: Actively drive and participate in process automation projects to enhance efficiency. Quality & Risk Management: Lead investigations into process deviations, customer returns, and crisis management while developing risk mitigation strategies. Documentation & Standards: Define and maintain critical process frameworks, including Process Flows, FMEA, OJTI, and OCAP. Qualification: Support the release and qualification of new processes, equipment, and second-source packaging materials. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Robotic Systems, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Min 0-1 year of relevant experience in semiconductor industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Tableau, or Power BI), Basic programming knowledge (e.g., C/C++ or Python) for embedded systems.
