Job Description – Sales Operations Director Report to: Senior Director, Commercial Excellence, DX platform Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Sales Operations Director to lead commercial operations across RAD, CEP, LBS and BEC. This role will own sell-thru data governance, distributor inventory analytics, order process excellence, and distributor compliance support (CPTK). The position is critical to enabling data-driven decision-making, inventory transparency, and efficient commercial execution across the DX platform. Key Responsibilities 1. Sell-thru Data Governance & Reporting (RAD / CEP / BEC) Own end-to-end sell-thru data collection, cleansing, validation, and reporting Establish and enforce data governance standards (accuracy, consistency, timeliness) Develop standardized dashboards and reporting cadence Identify data issues and drive root cause resolution with commercial teams Collaborate with BI/IT to enhance automation and reporting efficiency 2. Distributor Inventory Management & DIOH (RAD / CEP) Lead distributor-level inventory tracking and DIOH calculation Define and standardize DIOH methodology, assumptions, and governance rules Provide insights to support sell-in vs sell-thru alignment and inventory optimization Drive improvement in inventory turnover and working capital efficiency at distributor level 3. Sales Order Process Management (LBS / RAD / CEP) Own and optimize end-to-end sales order processes, ensuring:Data accuracy and process compliance Timely processing and fulfillment Effective cross-functional coordination Standardize and maintain order management SOPs and workflows Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvement and automation Act as key interface across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service 4. Distributor Screening (CPTK Compliance Process) – RAD / CEP Lead execution of CPTK-based distributor screening process Support channel management teams to ensure distributor compliance with Danaher requirements Ensure proper documentation, process adherence, and audit readiness Maintain and update distributor qualification records and master data 5. Cross-functional Leadership & Continuous Improvement Drive collaboration across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT Lead process standardization and operational best practices across OpCos Champion DBS / Lean methodologies to improve efficiency and quality Build a high-performing team with strong data and process capabilities Provide actionable insights to leadership to support business decisions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience in sales operations / commercial excellence / channel support, with increasing leadership responsibility Proven experience leading and developing large, multi-functional teams (10+ people), including:Team structure design and capability building Coaching and performance management Driving accountability and results through clear KPIs Demonstrated leadership in:Driving cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT Leading through change and transformation (process standardization, system implementation, operating model evolution) Building a high-performance, data-driven culture Strong expertise in:Sell-thru data management and reporting Distributor inventory & DIOH analytics Sales order processes and systems Join our winning team today.
