Senior Data Center Support Services Technician

Job description

Oracle is seeking a Data Center Technician to support OCI data center operations in the Seattle area. In this role, you will help deliver and maintain the core infrastructure and foundational technologies that power Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. You will install, repair, monitor, and maintain data center equipment and spaces while supporting a broad range of data center and field-support systems. You’ll troubleshoot issues independently, escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams, and follow established procedures with close attention to detail. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the equipment they support, takes initiative when needed, and continues building technical expertise to improve hardware performance and reliability. You will also identify opportunities to streamline existing processes and introduce automation that simplifies operations.
